Great alternative to a can of corn! Ingredients:
1 can of corn either plain or mexican style |
2 eggs |
1 tbs green onion |
1/4-1/2 c flour |
seasoned salt, garlic powder if you like |
Directions:
1. Drain corn 2. combine with other ingredients add enough flour till atter is thick and not runny, but still wet 3. place pancake sized dollops in nonstick skillet over med-highand flip after 3-4 min or when golden brown. 4. seve hot! MMMMMMM! |
