Easy Corn Dogs

Loving a once in a while fried treat? Try corn dogs
Ingredients:
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
3/4 cup self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
10 popsicle sticks
10 hot dogs
oil for deep-fat frying
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour and egg.
2. Stir in milk to make a thick batter; let stand 4 minutes.
3. Insert sticks into hot dogs; dip in batter.
4. Heat oil to 375°.
5. Fry corn dogs until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towel.
