This recipe is quick and easy . Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup onion |
1 cup carrot |
2 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup flour |
3 cups chicken stock |
1 1/2 cups half-and-half |
2 cups frozen corn kernels |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in pot 2. add onions and carrots until soft 3. add garlic until slighty brown. 4. mix in flour and cook it for 1-2 min. 5. pour in chicken stock and wisk so that theres no lumps 6. let boil and add in corn and half and half. 7. let boil 8. add salt and pepper to taste. |
