These cookies are delicious! Don't let the simplicity fool you. Ingredients:
1 egg white, beaten stiff |
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 cups chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Add brown sugar to beaten egg white and then fold in pecans. 2. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake at 325* about 6 to 8 minutes. |
