I got this recipe from a cookbook I was looking through last night. Ingredients:
6 cups lettuce, pieces |
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken |
1 medium tomato, cut into eighths |
1/3 cup thousand island dressing |
1/3 cup bacon bits |
3 hard-boiled eggs |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except egg slices. 2. Garnish salad with egg slices. |
