This cheese cake is filling & delicious. You will love it. Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon |
6 tablespoons melted butter |
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
3 eggs, well beaten |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 pint sour cream |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 4 ingredients & pat into bottom of spring form pan or 3 deep pie pan. 2. Beat together, IN ORDER, the next four ingredients. 3. Pour into pie shell & bake 20 minute at 375°F. 4. Whip last 3 ingredients. 5. Pour over baked pie. 6. Bake 5 minute at 500°F 7. Cool & chill. 8. Serve cold. |
