So good, and so easy to make. Goes great with pakoras! Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh cilantro (remove hard stems at bottom of bunch and discard) |
2 green chilies (or to taste) |
2 garlic cloves |
1/8 cup walnuts |
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. 2. Serve immedietly or let it chill for 30 mins for better taste. |
