Easy Chorizo W/ Egg or Beans |

This is a recipe that i got from my hispanic boyfriend. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chorizo sausage, fresco |
6 -8 eggs |
2 cups pinto beans |
Directions:
1. Remove chorizo from its lining. 2. put in a pan and cook over medium heat (bake into small pieces) about 7 minute. 3. once done add the eggs over the chorizo and cook tell done. 4. If making with beans, boil the beans with salt tell soft, then drain. 5. Add beans to chorizo along with 1 teaspoon oil. 6. bring to boil. 7. lower heat and smash with potato masher. |
