this is a recipe from the Outlaws Steakhouse and Cantina in Florida.. it's an easy dish to fix and can be made as hot as you would like ... Ingredients:
6 ounces chorizo sausage |
1 cup sliced green onions with the tops |
1 cup canned diced new mexican green chili |
6 cups canned pinto beans |
1 cup chopped tomatoes |
1/4 teasp. salt |
1 tbsp. minced cilantro |
1 tbsp. crushed garlic |
Directions:
1. saute the onions with the sausage until brown 2. drain off the excess fat 3. combine this mixture with the remaining ingredients in an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish 4. bake uncovered at 350' F for 30 minutes. 5. ......................................................................... 6. serves 8 7. heat is medium |
