Easy Chocolate Sandwich Cookie Truffles |

I have made these little babies for a long time now they still get rave reviews. I take these to gatherings they go good with most any kind of food. Ingredients:
1 pkg. (1 lb, 2 oz.) chocolate sandwich cookies, divided |
i pkg. (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened |
2 pkg. (8-oz. each) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted |
Directions:
1. Crush 9 of the cookies to fine crumbs in blender, reserve for later use.
2. Crush remaining 36 cookies to fine crumbs, place in a medium bowl.
3. Add cream cheese, mix until well blended.
4. Roll cookie mixture into 42 balls about 1 in diameter.
5. Dip balls in chocolate, place on waxed paper covered baking sheet.
6. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.
7. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
