Needed a recipe for diabetic daughter that had little sugar this turned out perfect. Ingredients:
2 -3 ounces melted unsweetened chocolate |
16 ounces whipping cream |
1/4 teaspoon stevia |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon raw vanilla |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate (we use Ghirardelli 100% Cacao) in a double broiler. 2. Beat whipping cream, stevia and sugar until soft peaks form. 3. Add 1/2 of the chocolate to the whipping cream, mix well. 4. Add remaining chocolate, mix well. Chill and Enjoy. |
