Easy Chocolate Hazelnut Parfaits |

Sweet & cool. My version uses low fat dairy ingredients. (i did origanally find this in a mag. Ingredients:
3 cups low-fat milk, cold |
1 cup fat free hazelnut-flavored liquid coffee creamer |
2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix |
1 cup crushed shortbread cookie |
2 cups fresh raspberries (optional) |
light whipped cream, for garnish |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl whisk together the milk, creamer and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand another 2 min.'s. 2. Into 8 parfait glasses layer as follows:. 3. 1/4 cup pudding, 1 tablespoons cookie crumbles, 1 tablespoons raspberries, 1 tablespoons cookie crumbles and another 1/4 cup pudding. 4. Chill in fridge for 1 hour then garnish with whipped cream and a few berries! 5. *Note: if you so desire you could switch out the berries for crushed hazelnuts or change the type of cookie - experiment, have fun! |
