this is a wonderful recipe for a romantic evening or a coctail party just keep warm in a fondue pot. It can be doubled and or trippled if needed. Ingredients:
3 squares of semi-sweet chocolate chopped |
1 1/4 cups of light brown sugar |
1 cup of heavy cream |
1 tablespoon of cream de cocoa liquor |
a dash of salt |
Directions:
1. in a double boiler over low heat combine all ingredients stirring ocassionally until melted and smooth. 2. you may transfer the mixture to a fondue pot just watch the heat so it doesnt scortch. 3. Dippers: 4. fresh fruit, pound cake, marshmellows, etc... to dip 5. Enjoy!!! |
