Friends and relative of Heather De Cal, from Terrace Bay, Ontario, relish these crunchy goodies she gives. Ingredients:
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips |
1 cup butterscotch chips |
1 cup shoestring potato sticks |
1 cup salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. In microwave-safe bowl, melt chips; stir until smooth. Stir in potato sticks and peanuts. 2. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Store in airtight containers. Yield: 3-1/2 dozen. |
