Easy Chocolate Covered Strawberris |

This are yummy! Ingredients:
2 pts of strawberries--keep with stems if possible |
1 1/2 c. of semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate chips) |
6 tbsp. of butter |
2 tbsp. of corn syrup |
Directions:
1. First wash strawberries and pat dry.
2. The place on paper towels until they reach room temperature.
3. Melt chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally.
4. Next then move from heat and dip each strawberry into chocolate, coating 2/3 in of strawberry.
5. Then you can allow excess chocolate to drip off into pan.
6. Now you can place stem side down on waxed paper covered baking pan or cookie sheet.
7. Then refrigerate until the strawberries set, approx. 15-20 minutes.
