Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies |

Sinfully delicious, super easy, crowd pleasing chocolate lovers and cheesecake lovers dessert. I got this recipe from my SIL after enjoying them at her house once. Ingredients:
2 packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough |
2 packages (8oz) philadelphia light cream cheese -- softened |
1 large egg |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350° F 2. Cut frozen dough into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cover bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan with 1/2 of the dough to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes. 3. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over the crust; top with remaining cookie dough. 4.
