This is such a simple recipe with good results.. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons margarine |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup self raising flour |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Line 20 tin with baking paper, preheat oven to 180C (350F). 2. Cream margarine and sugar. 3. Add all other ingredients. 4. Beat with electric mixers for 3 minutes. 5. Pour into tin and bake about 30 minutes. |
