Easy Chipotle Ranch Dressing |

I love anything with chipotle flavor, and I love ranch. This is a recipe that combines them. Ingredients:
1 packet of ranch dressing mix |
2 1/2 cups sour cream (you can use light if you prefer) |
3 tbsp fresh lime juice |
3 tbsp pureed chipotle peppers |
1 tsp ground cumin |
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended,
2. chill in the refrigerator for an hour and enjoy!
