From . oil, pork tenderloin, carrots, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, hoisin sauce, green onions cvt
Ingredients:
1 tsp. oil
12 ounces pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices and cooked per recipe, net from 16 fresh
3 carrots, sliced
1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and carrots; cook and stir 5 min.
2. STIR in dressing and hoisin sauce; stir-fry 7 min. or until carrots are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
3. ADD onions; cook 1 min.
4. Serve over hot cooked rice or angel hair pasta.
5. For extra browning of the cooked pork, sprinkle meat strips with 1 tsp. cornstarch before stir-frying.
