I am the only one in my family that likes chili so I came up with this soup one night when my husband was working and I wanted an easy meatless meal. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
10 ounces milk |
1 (14 ounce) can mixed chili beans (heinz is best) |
1/2 cup of any salsa |
1 teaspoon cumin |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1 cup grated cheese |
4 tablespoons sour cream |
Directions:
1. Put everything but the cheese and sour cream in a pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. 2. Add sour cream and grated cheese to soup in individual bowls. |
