Easy, low cal chili. Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef |
1 cup onion |
2 (28 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes |
30 ounces kidney beans |
1 (680 ml) can tomato sauce |
4 teaspoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. 2. Combine all ingredients in a pot and simmer for 20 minute. |
