Ingredients:
1 15oz can black beans with juice |
2 16oz cans whole kernel corn with juice |
2 pound(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
1 cup(s) salsa |
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine beans, corn, salsa, and chicken in crockpot. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours. Remove cover and sprinkle cheese over mixture. Serve over cooked rice or as wrap. |
