Ingredients:
7 ounce(s) canned chicken breast - drained |
16 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1 package(s) dry ranch dip mix |
1-2 cup(s) french's french fried onions - crushed |
4 ounce(s) shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, dip mix, sour cream, and canned chicken breast with hand mixer until well blended. Mix in shredded cheddar. 2. Shape into a large ball or log and roll in crushed onions to coat outside. Allow to chill for about 2 hours. Serve with a variety of crackers. |
