Gather 'round the table and enjoy this warm and comforting pot pie that's as easy as it is good! Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) campbell's® condensed cream of chicken soup (regular or 98% fat free)* or chicken soup with herbs |
1 pkg. (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed |
1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey |
1/2 cup milk |
1 egg |
1 cup all-purpose baking mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Mix soup, vegetables and chicken in 9 pie plate. 3. Mix milk, egg and baking mix. 4. Pour over chicken mixture. 5. Bake 30 min. or until golden. |
