Quick and easy. Very good. Ingredients:
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of potato soup (can substitute cream of celery, cream of chicken, etc.) |
1 (16 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 frozen pie crusts, thawed |
chicken meat |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Combine ingredients and pour into 1 pie crust shell. Cover with remaining crust and slit to vent. 3. Bake for 40 minutes. |
