Easy and delish! Serving size is approximate, but this is enough marinade for about 6 pieces of chicken. Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup soy sauce (can use low-sodium) |
1/2 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in ziploc bag or glass casserole dish big enough for your chicken. 2. Add chicken pieces and marinate at least 3 hours, turning occasionally. 3. Overnight is even better. 4. Grill chicken as desired. |
