Easy Chicken Jalfrezi With Vegetables |

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 onion, diced |
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed |
3 carrots, peeled and cubed |
2 cups leftover cubed roasted cooked chicken |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) jar patak original jalfrezi cooking sauce |
7 ounces water or 7 ounces chicken broth |
1/2 green pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. Over medium heat, heat olive oil in heavy frying pan. 2. Saute onion, potatoes and carrots until browned. 3. Add chicken, sauce, green peppers and broth. 4. Heat to just a boil, cover and reduce to low. 5. Simmer on low until potatoes and carrots are tender at least 1 hour. 6. Serve over rice. |
