This is an easy recipe for my chicken fingers. Feel free to use any flavoring you want.
Ingredients:
1 package boneless skinless chicken breast cut to strips
2 cups biscuit mix
4 eggs beaten
splash of milk
2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
2cups vegetable or olive oil for frying.
Directions:
1. In a deep skillet bring oil up frying stage.
2. put biscuit mix, poultry seasoning and seasoning salt into a shallow dish for dipping ( pie plates work great)
3. blend well together
4. In a separate shallow dish mix eggs and milk.
5. take chicken strips and dip in egg mixture
6. shake off any excess
7. dip in biscuit mix and pat on mixture until coated. shake off any excess
8. dip in hot oil carefully and fry until crispy on both sides and chicken is done about 3-5 min per side
9. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauces
10. ENJOY!!!
