This is a good healthy recipe because it's baked not fried and the ranch dressing gives it so much more flavor. We have them for snacks, appetizers or with some sort of salad for a main meal.
Ingredients:
10 oz. boneless chicken, cut into strips
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Line a baking sheet with foil & spray with cooking spray
3. In bowl, combine chicken & ranch dressing
4. Place bread crumbs in ziplock bag & add chicken 1 piece at a time & shake to coat evenly
5. Arrange on baking sheet & bake 15-20 minutes
