This is a Dish that everyone can eat and will love. I make it every year at Thanksgiving and Christmas and my family and friends eat it all. Ingredients:
3 bags of cotton picken corn bread mix |
2 to 3 slices of white or wheat bread |
1 package/ can chicken |
1 can of cream of chicken or mushroom soup |
1 to 1.5 can fo chicken broth |
2 lg. eggs |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook the Corn Bread as directed on the package and Cool 2. Break it up in a bowl 3. Break up 2 to 3 Slices of Bread (I use 2) 4. Mix with 1 can of cream of chicken or Mushroom Soup (I use Chicken) 5. Add 1.5 regular size cans of chicken broth 6. Add 2 Large Eggs 7. Add Salt and Pepper to taste 8. Mix all together and Spread in a lightly greased baking pan 9. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown on about 350 depending on your oven; this temp is based on a gas stove. |
