Easy Chicken Dish

This looks like the Chicken a la King that I fixed for my family years ago but it has different ingredients. After I had eaten some of the seasoned rotisserie chicken from Costco and wanted to do something with the leftovers, I made this dish using ingredients I had on hand.
Ingredients:
2 cups seasoned rotisserie chicken
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
1/3 cup finely shredded fresh parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Debone chicken, tearing it into bite size pieces and place in 9 X 9 baking dish.
3. Mix soup, red pepper, and onion in separate bowl.
4. Add soup mixture to chicken, mixing well.
5. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top the last 5 minutes.
6. Serve over toast or rice.
