Its very easy to make . Loaded with aroma and spiciness and goes well with flavoured rice or roti . Ingredients:
1 star anise |
1 stick cinnamon |
1 bay leaf |
2 cardamom |
2 cloves |
2 tsp fennel seed , crushed |
1 tbsp curry leaves |
2 big onion , diced |
1 tomato , diced |
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste |
3 tsp corriander pwd |
2 tsp red chilli pwd |
1 tsp meat curry pwd |
1 tsp tumeric pwd |
salt |
900 g chicken pieces |
Directions:
1. Fry all the spices . 2. Add the onions , paste and the pwd . 3. Brown them abit and add the tomatoes . 4. Mix well and add the chicken and salt . 5. Add enough water to cover the chicken . 6. Once starts to boil , simmer 15 mins . |
