This takes 10 minutes to prepare and tastes as good as if you took an hour the conventional way. Ingredients:
one package chicken tenderloins |
thin sliced ham (i like black forest ham) |
thin sliced aged swiss cheese |
salt & pepper (i used tony chatchere's seasoning) |
Directions:
1. 1 Season the chicken tenders. 2. 2 Roll each tender in a slice of swiss, then roll in one or two ham slices. 3. 3 Place in casserole dish side by side. 4. 4 Cover the rolls with additional cheese slices. 5. 5 Bake covered fir 35 minutes in 350 degree oven. 6. 6 Serve with potatoes or rice and a green veggie. |
