Ingredients:
4 1 can (can 10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup. |
1 cup picante sauce |
1 green onion, sliced |
1 small tomato, chopped |
1/2 cup of sour cream |
1/2 cup shredded montery jach cheese |
2 cups chopped cooked chicken |
2 tsp. chili powder |
6 flour tortilas (6 ) warmed |
Directions:
1. Stir the soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chilli power in a medium bowl.. 2. Stir 1 cup picante sauce mixture, chicken adn cheese in large bowel. 3. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Roll up the tortilas and place seamside up in 2-qt shollow baking dish. Pour remaining picante sauce mixture over filed tortillas. Cover baking dish. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min. or until enchiladas are hot and bubbling. Top with tomato and onion |
