Easy Chicken Caesar Stuffed Pita |

This is great for a mid-day snack or pack for lunch. For an easy family snack of 3 or 4 just add a chef salad or pasta salad on the side. Ingredients:
1 (354 g) can chicken breasts, in water |
1/3 cup creamy caesar salad dressing |
1 1/2 teaspoons mrs. dash seasoning mix, blend (salt-free) |
1 celery, finely chopped |
1 green onion, finely chopped |
2 pita bread |
shredded iceberg lettuce |
chopped tomato |
green olives, sliced |
finely chopped cucumber |
hot pepper rings |
red onion, finely chopped |
kraft cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. drain chicken meat. 2. flake it. 3. add the next 4 ingredients. 4. scoop into 1/2 a pita. 5. garnish to your liking. |
