My family loved it. Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup |
2 teaspoons paprika |
1/2 medium red pepper, cut into strips |
2 cups cooked broccoli |
1/3 cup sour cream |
4 cups cooked egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken until browned on both sides. 2. Set chicken aside. 3. Add soup, paprika and red pepper strips to skillet. 4. Heat to a boil. 5. Return chicken to skillet; add broccoli. 6. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered until chicken is cooked through. 7. Stir in sour cream and heat. 8. Serve with noodles. |
