off the Stove Top box Ingredients:
6 nlea serving or one package stove top cornbread stuffing |
1 cup hot water |
6 breast, bone ad skin removed boneless chicken breasts, halved |
1 cup cream of chicken soup |
5 servings or one package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained |
1/3 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the dry stuffing mix evenly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Set aside. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix. Stir until moist. Set aside. 2. Place chicken over dry stuffing in baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and vegetables. Spoon over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing. 3. Bake for 30 minutes. |
