easy, quick and warm Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup milk |
1 (2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix |
1 1/2 cups long grain rice |
3 cups water |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Chicken- Combine soups and milk and pour half of mixture into greased 9 X 13 pan. Lay chicken in pan then cover with rest of soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup over chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. 2. Rice- Bring 1 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt to a boil. Add rice and simmer for 20 minute 3. Serve chicken over rice. |
