This has got to be the easiest chicken and noodles you can ever make,and it tastes like you slaved all day.Viva la Crock-pot! :) You can also use home-made noodles for the packaged. Ingredients:
3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
2 cups chicken broth |
1 (12 ounce) bag of uncooked egg noodles |
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in slow-cooker; salt and pepper to taste. 2. Cover chicken with both cans of soup. 3. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours,or until cooked through and tender. 4. Meanwhile,boil noodles according to package directions. 5. Shred chicken,return to slow-cooker. 6. Add chicken broth and cooked noodles,mix well. 7. Serve warm. |
