Easy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta |

Variation from Kraft. Easy weeknight supper. Serve with biscuits or sliced bread with butter. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1/2 tablespoon black pepper |
2 cups water |
2 cups frozen broccoli |
1 (7 1/4 ounce) package kraft macaroni and cheese |
1/2 cup light sour cream |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 5 minutes. Add pepper; cook 1 minute. 2. Stir in water, broccoli and macaroni; bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender and chicken is cooked through; stirring occasionally. 4. Add cheese sauce mix and sour cream; stir until well blended. Cook 2 min or until heated through; stirring occasionally. |
