Easy Chicago Style Italian Beef

I got this from a cookbook put out by the Paducah chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha. It is so easy and delicious, and smells so great when coming home from work!
Ingredients:
4 lbs beef roast
1 ounce good seasons italian dressing
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 (16 ounce) jar sliced greek peppers (pepperocini)
Directions:
1. Place roast in crockpot.
2. Add 4 boullion cubes.
3. Empty packet of Italian dressing mix over roast.
4. Pour entire jar of pepperocini peppers (DO NOT DRAIN) over roast.
5. Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
6. Using two forks, pull meat apart until it gets that shredded look.
7. Pile on hoagie rolls, add cheese and/or sauteed onions and peppers if desired.
