If you use a Peanut Butter substitute (like I'd use Peanut Wonder, Better 'n Peanut Butter, or PB2) and the cals will be lower. Or if you make the cookies a little smaller. Honestly I haven't tried these, but they look soooo easy. I love easy, chewy, and peanut buttery so looks yum to me! Ingredients:
1 c. peanut butter |
1 c. sugar |
1 egg |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients and roll walnut size balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 13 minutes |
