Recipes don't get much easier than this one! California-blend is broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) bags frozen california-blend frozen vegetables, partially thawed |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients and put in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low 2 1/2-3 hours. 3. Stir before serving. |
