Easy Cheesy Turkey Macaroni |

I am always looking for new ways to prepare ground turkey and this recipe is great! A hit with both my husband and 2 year old! Few ingredients, easy to make, tasty, and great leftover!!! Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey |
1 (11 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted |
8 ounces processed velveeta cheese, cubed |
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni (approx. 2 cups dry) |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (or other favorite) |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the corn and soup. Stir Velveeta into turkey mixture until melted. Gently stir in macaroni until coated. 2. Transfer to a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until heated through. |
