8 ounces soft tofu, mashed |
3 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola |
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts |
1 thinly sliced green onion, with 3 inches of green |
1/4 cup fat free sour cream |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine all, serve with apple wedges or sesame flatbread. |
