Ingredients:
6 potatoes, skins on |
1/2 cup butter |
1 lb velveeta cheese |
1 cup corn flake crumbs |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes with the skins on, cool. 2. Cut into cubes and put in a 9 x 13 pan. 3. Melt butter and pour over potatoes. 4. Cut up Velveeta cheese and put on top of potatoes. 5. Add salt and pepper to taste. 6. Top with Cornflake crumbs. 7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
