This is my husband`s favorite breakfast. So easy and yet so yummy! Ingredients:
1 egg |
grated cheese |
salt |
parley |
cooking oil |
Directions:
1. Scramble the egg in a bowl. 2. Add a pinch of salt. 3. Pour cooking oil in a nonstick pan. 4. Place the egg then add the grated cheese immediately. 5. Turn over the egg for about 10 sec. 6. Turn back the egg and fold each side in the middle. 7. Sprinkle grated cheese again. 8. Remove from pan. 9. When Serving, sprinkle parsley to garnish. 10. You may add onions while frying the egg. |
