These biscuits are easy with a golden brown cheese topping. Recipe is from Simple and Delicious. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits |
1/4 cup italian salad dressing |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Separate biscuits; dip the top of each in salad dressing, then in Parmesan cheese. 2. Place cheese side up on an ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Serve warm. |
