Easy Cheesey Baked Crab Dip |

We love this dip. I have tweaked it over the years - not sure where the original came from. Love it ooey, gooey and right out of the oven! Ingredients:
2 cups ricotta cheese |
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, diced |
1 can crab meat, drained and rinsed |
1/2 cup green onions, chopped |
juice from a lemon wedge |
old bay seasoning |
dash worcestershire |
dash red pepper flakes |
dash hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Butter a one quart ovenproof baking dish. 3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 4. Pour into baking dish and bake 18-20 minutes until brown and bubbly. 5. Serve with crackers. |
