This recipe is from The Four Ingredient Cookbook. I have made this pie several times and everyone loves it. It is just as good as a regular cheesecake but way easier. It starts out with a store bought graham-cracker pie crust-how much easier can you get?? Perfect for the holidays!! Enjoy!! Ingredients:
1 graham cracker pie crust |
24 ounces cream cheese |
1 cup sugar |
5 eggs |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Cream the cream cheese and eggs by adding one egg at a time. 2. Add sugar and vanilla. 3. Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until set. |
